I teach 8th grade Communication Arts. My students journal for the first 7 minutes of class. No longer do I have students pondering what they're going to write about - I use Powerquotes. I have them on transparencies and the students copy the quote and answer the questions. 

I love books and have amassed quite a collection (several bookcases full). I have several books on the ocean because I love anything to do with the ocean. I like biographies and historical works. 

Don`t know how to spell it but anything by Neil Stevenson is almost required reading for anyone in any of the computer businesses. Brilliant fiction writer.
