At the height of her thriving career as a university professor, researcher, writer, and influential advocate for education, Concha Delgado Gaitan was suddenly stricken with unbearable pain and partial paralysis. 

Dear Friends, BEA is on the way and the next newsletter will have details on our authors autographing at BEA and the books that will be on display. This month, though, I wanted to lead off with two new titles… and, yes, both will be on display at BEA. 

Cypress House is dedicated to the development and nurturing of independent publishers. In order for small publishers and bookstores to stay afloat amidst the mega-mergers and bottom-line reverence of mass market publishers and chain stores, we must create alliances among ourselves. 

Be sure to include: all fonts (Adobe only--no truetype), illustrations (Tiff, EPS, BMP formats acceptable), and an identical printout for the printer to check against.
